Aftercare is a two-person agency based between Vilnius and London. We work with a small number of aesthetic clinics each year to build acquisition systems that produce consistent, qualified bookings — month after month. We are not an agency. We are a protocol.

The thesis

Most clinics are extraordinary at what they do.
Most marketing agencies are not.

We built Aftercare because we kept watching brilliant practitioners get failed by generic marketing — and because we'd already spent three years solving the same problem in other industries. Aesthetic clinics are not e-commerce stores. They sell trust, not transactions. They need marketing built the way they build their treatments — with rigor, restraint, and follow-through. Most agencies serving the industry are run by people who came from inside it. We're betting that coming from outside is an advantage.

Adriana Ablacinska

Strategy, paid media, client operations

Based in Vilnius. I founded Spotlight Agency in 2023 and spent three years running acquisition systems for brands in real estate, automotive, and creative production — paid media, content, landing pages, and the operational discipline that ties them together. Trained in film at the Middlesex University London. Got certified with European Marketologist Diploma by Netherlands Institute of Marketing. I built Aftercare because I kept seeing the same pattern: clinics with brilliant clinical work and marketing that didn't match it. Same problem I'd already solved three times in other industries. Different vocabulary.

Gertruda Sila

Creative direction, photography, production

Based in Vilnius. Trained in photography at London South Bank University. I spent the past three years producing visual content for brands where the photography is the deciding factor — editorial campaigns, art direction. I co-founded Aftercare because I believe aesthetic medicine is one of the few industries left where the visual standard truly matters — and where it's currently underserved. I direct every shoot we do. The production never leaves our hands.

The standard

How we work.
And what we refuse to do.

Working with Aftercare means working a specific way. These are non-negotiable.

We will:

  • Take on a maximum of 10 clinics per year, across both founders' capacity
  • Send every clinic a 30-minute discovery call recording before we propose anything
  • Produce every photo and video ourselves — never licensed stock, never AI-generated
  • Show real performance data in every monthly read-out, including what isn't working
  • Refuse to extend contracts when results aren't justifying the spend

We won't:

  • Work with more than one clinic in the same city at the same time
  • Sub-contract photography, video, or media buying to agencies
  • Add 'account managers' between you and the people running your campaigns
  • Promise specific revenue numbers before we've audited your funnel
  • Lock you into 12-month contracts before we've earned the second month
