Who we serve

Established clinics.
Quiet ambition.
Long horizons.

Aftercare is built for a specific kind of practice. Not every clinic is a good fit for us — and we are not a good fit for every clinic. This page exists to help you decide before you book a call.

Practice types

Built for established aesthetic
and wellness practices.

We work with four kinds of practices. Click any to see whether your clinic fits the protocol.

    Nº 01 · Aesthetic Medicine

Best for clinics offering injectables, energy devices, and high-margin treatments.

We've spent years building acquisition systems for clinics offering Botox, fillers, PRP, fat freezing, and skin tightening. The pattern is consistent: high-margin treatments, long client lifetime values, and a need for steady, qualified consultation flow rather than discount-led volume. We build the kind of marketing system that fills a calendar with people who will book a €600 treatment, not chase a €49 voucher.

  • [Photo for category 02 — Medical Spas]
    Nº 02 · Medical Spas

Best for established wellness practices and medical spas offering signature treatments.

Med spas live or die by repeat clients and signature programs. We build content libraries that show the ritual — not just the result — and acquisition systems that convert first-time bookings into long-term memberships. The work is calm, consistent, and tuned to the slower rhythm of a wellness brand rather than a flash-sale funnel.

    Nº 03 · Dermatology

Best for medical and cosmetic dermatology practices with a procedural component.

Dermatology sits at the intersection of medical authority and aesthetic outcome. We build campaigns that respect the clinical credibility of the practice while still producing the kind of editorial visual language that drives bookings for laser, cosmetic derm, and procedural skincare. Trust first, conversion second — but always both.

  • [Photo for category 04 — Plastic Surgery]
    Nº 04 · Plastic Surgery

Best for surgical aesthetic practices needing high-quality lead flow without race-to-the-bottom pricing.

Surgical aesthetics requires the longest consideration window and the highest-stakes decision. Our work for surgeons focuses on producing editorial content and acquisition systems that attract serious consultation requests — patients who arrive informed, qualified, and ready for a meaningful conversation, not a price negotiation.

Selectivity

We are deliberately
selective.

We take on a maximum of 8 new clinics per year. To keep the standard high, we filter for fit before we even take a first call.

01
Criterion Nº 01

Revenue floor.

We work with established clinics doing at least €40,000 in monthly revenue. Below that, the spend math doesn't work, and we end up building marketing for someone who needs a business strategy first.

02
Criterion Nº 02

Long horizon.

Our minimum engagement is 6 months. Clinics looking to 'test marketing for 30 days' will not see meaningful results in that window. We refuse short engagements because they hurt both sides.

03
Criterion Nº 03

Premium positioning.

We work with clinics that compete on quality, not price. If your offer is built around discounts, vouchers, or constant promotions, our system will not work for you.

04
Criterion Nº 04

Operational capacity.

Our clients regularly see 2-3x growth within 6 months. If your team isn't equipped to handle increased consultation volume, we'll cause more harm than good.

The fit check

Three questions
before you book.

If you can answer 'yes' to all three, we are almost certainly a fit. If not, we'll tell you on the call — and point you toward the right resource.

01

Are you doing at least €40K in monthly revenue, or on a clear path there within 90 days?

02

Are you willing to commit to a minimum 6-month engagement?

03

Are you ready to handle 2-3x more qualified consultations within the next 6 months?

If we're not a fit

Here's where to look instead.

If Aftercare isn't the right fit, that's not a failure — it just means a different resource will serve you better. A non-exhaustive list:

If you're pre-launch or early-stage

You probably need positioning, not marketing.

Find a brand strategist before you find an agency. The marketing comes after the offer is clear.

If you're discount-led

You need volume infrastructure.

Look for a performance agency built for discount funnels — not us.

If you want viral social

You need a creator partnership, not an agency.

Look for a TikTok-native creative shop or partner with a content creator directly.

If you're testing the waters

Hire a freelancer first.

Find a freelance media buyer for 90 days. Come back to us when you're ready for a real system.

If you're still reading

You're probably the
right kind of clinic.

We'll know within 20 minutes on a call. So will you.
